The School’s Student Parliament enables students to play a key role in the school, in a structure that is inspired from the Indian Parliamentary system. Student Parliament members are confident, respectful, and responsible citizens of Learning Star International School who want to contribute positively to the school and the global community. Parliament members take on the responsibility to best represent their fellow students and fulfill a leadership role within the school.

Through the Student Parliament, other students can learn about the merits of the Indian parliamentary system and how it works. Students also have the opportunity to vote for their class representatives and the key cabinet positions at annual elections. This results in a student parliament that is actively engaged in furthering the school’s goals and policies, while upholding the school’s mission of contributing positively to the world.
